5 healthy tips

5 tips for a healthy heart 

  1. A healthy diet ( fruit,veggies, fresh food)
  2. No smoking 
  3. Keep a active life style (going to the gym on daily, exercise, at least 30 mins  )
  4. Maintain healthy body day ( not too fat or too skinny)
  5. Reduce your stress ( laugh, exercise)

My plan to improve my health is to eat more healthy so eat more veggies , fruits and fiber also to exercise more and always be aware to maintain my body in a healthy weight and reduce my stress with more laughing and sleeping early and not try to worry about situation that don`t need much attention.
